Add a Send to Kindle Widget on the content download page

It would be great to add the Send to Kindle widget for the [https://refactoring.guru/u/home](https://refactoring.guru/u/home) content download page. While you can download a .mobi file, it would be awesome to send it directly to your device to be read.

It looks like you can just generate a widget to drop into your website page: https://www.amazon.com/gp/sendtokindle/developers/button

Hi!

Unfortunately, this button works only for web pages. It's impossible to upload a book file this way, although we'd implement it gladly if we could. In the meantime, I suggest you use the Send to Kindle app from Mac or PC (I'm using it myself), it's super slick and lets you send files to kindle via drag-n-drop.
